Gabriela has been with IDA Legal for over 20 years, and has worked as a Personal Injury Lawyer specialising in Industrial Deafness cases.
“I have extensive experience representing workers in disputed cases across various tribunals and Courts in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales,” says Gabriela who earned her law degrees in Argentina and Australia. “I use my extensive knowledge and experience to help those who have been employed in noisy workplaces obtain the best possible outcome.”
She believes that communication is the key to success, and she is passionate about guiding and supporting her clients through each step of a complex process.

With 13.5 years experience working with claims for industrial hearing loss, Steven’s entire career has been with IDA Legal in the personal injury field with a particular focus on workers compensation claims, specialising in industrial deafness.
“Over the years I have become highly knowledgeable in this area and have developed a reputation as one of the leading industrial deafness lawyers in NSW,” says Steven who earned his law degree in Sydney. “I pride myself in assisting my clients in an expert and professional manner, and providing advice in plain language so that they understand every aspect of their claim.”
Steven also gained extensive experience in South Australian and Comcare hearing loss claims.

Carly has been a practising solicitor since 2014 and has spent the first four years of her career in the workers compensation field before moving to one of Australia’s largest law firms where she gained significant experience in insurance/personal injury claims and civil litigation.
